• A Family Resource Centre where the churches in Denmark can get help, inspiration and encouragement to start up there own local family ministry.
• Make the YWAM centre a family centre where families in crises can come and live for a while and receive counselling and prayer.
• Seminars for engaged couples and for married couples

There is a huge need for strengthening of the families in Denmark. Many families both within and outside the churches are suffering. There is a growing need to focus on God’s principles and standards for families in the church and in the society around us. Our focus is mostly to invest in the families by making good relationships even better.

• The Marriage course - teaching and making the concept more known for the churches

• Premarital seminars
• Teaching in churches
• Family camps

Family ministry started in Denmark in the middle of the 80s. A group of part time YWAMers was in front making family camps every summer. The work developed in the 90s with family DTS’es and seminars for married couples and parenting seminars.

Family Ministry is now based at the Sjellebro YWAM center. After a break with Family DTS’es it had a restart in 2007 and runs now once a year.
