Network meeting in Châtel

"Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace (Neh.2:17)... Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons and your daughters, your wives and your homes (Neh.4,14)"

As an exiled Jew Nehemiah became governor of Israel and restored the broken-down walls of Jerusalem in just 52 days (6:15). After rebuilding Jerusalem`s wall, Nehemiah gave himself to restoring the people of God. His obedience to God shaped every area of society. Nehemiah was a shining example of a spiritual leader who engaged in the real world and knew how to combine his faith with down-to-earth action. As we look at his story we can clearly see that prayer and networking have been number one strategies to fulfill the task. He responded to the circumstances around him with faith: "The God of heaven will give us success!" (Nehemiah 2:20)

As we fight for the families in our nations we realize we can't do the job alone. We need God and we need others who share our dream and partner with us.
